Exceeded expectations beyond my own expectations. My personal experience with this product is that it subtly enhances any experiences I bring in that if I want to relax and have focus and energy, that's what I get. If I want to chill out and do some writing, it seems to further open whatever portal I'm connected to unleash my creativity. Or if I want to sleep it gives me such a deep, restful, almost meditative feeling. In a two hour nap is more deeply refreshing and soul cleansing that the result far exceeds the results of a "normal" 6-8 hour full sleep. There's my two cents worth!
