Proof 20:1 capsules are great for those who want relief from pain (inflammation) and anxiety without the high. Personally, I pair it with a Proof 1:1 capsule to get a 30:1 ratio which is best for my weight class in slowing down the monkey mind and creating a buffer between me and my experience of pain.
