I use this tincture for headaches and to help me sleep at night. Works great for me, but I feel it works best if I have a bite or two of food with it. It could be my imagination, but it seems to last longer with a bit of food.

We buy this for our autistic adult son. It works better than any prescribed med he gets. It's rather predictable... about 75 minutes to kick in, and then almost 3 hours of effect. The only issue is that it seems that some bottles of stronger/weaker strains than others, but it's not extreme. Great product overall for our purposes!
